Training: Step Back Week

Nice easy week this week. Not much to say.

Workouts:

Saturday: 3M @ 8:34

Monday: 5M @ 8:36

Tuesday: 5M @ 8:37

Thursday: 5M @ 8:28

Apart from getting a bit carried away on Thursday when I set off a too fast as the wind was behind me, I am happy that without too much effort I ran very consistent times over all of the runs. They were also all outside thanks to the way the weather was, and my heart rates were relatively low too.

Feeling a bit rough today with the beginnings of a cold. I am hoping to do a 10K time trial tomorrow to work out the correct paces for marathon training which begins on Monday!

17 weeks on Sunday until the Cayman Marathon, the real work starts now. :s
