Training:Is it race day yet?

This weeks workouts:

Monday: 4M Recovery

Tuesday: 30 min Tempo

Wednesday: 4M Recovery

Thursday: 4M @ Race Pace

Saturday: 4M Easy Pace

Sunday: 8M Easy Pace

Nothing really to report. All the workouts were pretty easy, although I felt rubbish on the 8M on Sunday. My heart rate was right up near race levels, yet I was about 1 min outside race pace.

It is slightly disconcerting, but this is tapering and my body never feels good while doing this. It has always come right in the end so hopefully it will do me proud once more!
